[LM_NET] Interview questions for new library position

Hi Folks.  
Our middle school library will be hiring a new librarian soon as our former 
librarian is 
retiring effective July 1, 2007. I will be on the committee to interview candidates.

I have never done this before, so I am hoping  that any of you with experience 
could  
give me an idea of some good questions to ask. I have been generating some on my 
own, of course, but I would love some more input.

Also if anyone is looking for a librarian position, I highly recommend the 
Ellenville 
Middle School LIbrary. It is a new, spacious library, with an excellent, supportive 
staff.
