Hi, I was asked by my principal to help the Reading/Language Arts teachers select a
textbook for their classed. It is actually the year for math adoption in our state
but there is left over money and our LA classes have no textbooks. We are on a time
crunch. We need to get it ordered by the end of the week so we don’t have time to
get samples, we are just having to do out own research on the websites.

So, my question is do any of your Reading/Literature classes have a textbook they
use and love?
Our students reading levels are very low. Many are 1-3 years below reading level.
Our students are also 100% Native American.

Thanks for any input you can give me.
