[LM_NET] Need Your Help, Again!

Okay, I just received a set of books, and I know there's a better way to 
do this, so I ask for your help again.

For each book, I have to go back into the automation system and fill in 
the following information:  Location, Format, Vendor, Fund.  I do this 
for each book, and it takes quite some time.  Help!

Oh, yes, and something else.......my fiction books are cataloged 
differently as follows:  F Kor    F KOR    FIC Kor    FIC KOR    Fic Kor    
Fic  KOR
Do I need to make them all the same or stick with what's there?
