[LM_NET] TAR: TV Watching vs. Reading Log

This is my first year as an elementary and middle school librarian (K-8). I want to 
promote National TV-Turnoff week this year by sending home a chart or log on which 
students can track their tv watching minutes vs. their reading minutes. Does anyone 
know of something like this that's already made? Please email me directly.
