Fellow librarians/ media specialists,
I'm a relatively new librarian and work in a library where I am the
assistant librarian (grades 4-6). With that, I am mainly responsible
for various reading incentives, daily library classes, the technology
committee and technology troubleshooting (grades 1-6), technology
professional development for the staff (grades 1-6), the research
curriculum and student assistance (grades 4-6), technical advisor to
the weekly student television show, as well as cataloging preview
books that do not come processed (grades 1-6). It's so much to juggle!
Any advice on ways to prioritize?
