I have an English teacher seeking to verify or get corrected on the author of a
poem called "Black Valentines." She thinks it was Lisel Mueller, but neither of us
has found evidence that she did indeed write it. I did find a poem by the same
name, written by Andrew Demcak, but she feels pretty strongly that the one she is
using was written by a woman.
Can you help us out? And are there sites for checking such things?
