[LM_NET] TAR: high school magazines

Hello everyone,
I hope the school year has started out well for all.  I have a quick  
magazine question.  I am in my first year of a SLMS job, and I want  
to build the magazine collection to include some high interest  
reading materials.  I have asked for some student input, and among  
the suggestions are Word Up, Vibe, and Black Beat.  I tried looking  
around online to get some sense of these magazines, and they seem  
fairly similar.  Does anyone subscribe to any of these three?  Which  
one would be the best choice?
