[LM_NET] OT: Pork with Apples in Crock Pot

Hi all,

I'm desperate.  Two years ago at the holidays when we exchanged recipes,
someone shared a recipe for pork with
apples in a crock pot.  I made it and it was wonderful.  I know that I
saved the recipe BUT I can't find it.
I"m entertaining a big group and planned to use that recipe with several
crock pots.  BUT..... I can't find the recipe.
If you are the chef of this great recipe, please contact me off line and
help me with my dilemma; I would be forever grateful.
