[LM_NET] Update: Newspaper Delivery Time

Hello,

Thanks to all the early-birds who answered my question!!  I'm not the only one who 
believes the paper should probably get to school before the librarian!!  Based on 
your advice, I contacted the paper for their required delivery time and my carrier 
will be getting a phone call today about his tardiness.

Now, I'm less grumpy.....
