[LM_NET] GEN: Daily Newspaper Delivery Time

Hello All,

Well, maybe I'm just a grouch this morning!  This will not be the most 
earth-shattering issue of your day, but what time do you think is reasonable for 
delivery of a daily paper?  The carrier who delivers to our school arrives anywhere 
from dark to 9 AM.  I get pretty tired of walking out front several times a day to 
fetch the paper.

What time is reasonable?   Thanks for your input!
