[LM_NET] Copyright Question

I have had quite a few people email me off list and ask about a response to my 
question about using digital images of book covers.  Unfortunately, I have not 
gotten ANY responses.  I am assuming that no one is really sure about wether or not 
this situation falls under the Fair Use guidelines.  If I do get an answer- I will 
post a hit.
