[LM_NET] Need help on Online Databases

Dear all,  
Our school is looking into the possibility of subscribing to online databases and 
honestly I don't know where to start. I've been browsing Ebsco's page, but there's 
no mention to the cost of the subscription. My problem is that I need an rough idea 
about the prices because we are at the end of our budgeting process (so no time to 
evaluate a free trial, etc.). I would appreciate any help /suggestion / advice.
