[LM_NET] HIT (to date) TECH : Font size (not resolved)

Hello all,
  I do appreciate all that have responded and I hope a group "thank you" will 
suffice since there have been too many to respond to individually.  I hope no one 
is offended.
  Most people suggested one of the following :
     1.  Control key and scroll bar
     2.  Control key and + sign
     3.  Go to "View" and "Text Size" and choose "Largest"

Unfortunately none of these has worked for me.  What am I doing wrong?  Someone 
mentioned needing a laser mouse which I do not have and I doubt my sister-in-law 
has one either but I don't know that.

I had one suggestion for the following websites which I will pass on.
