[LM_NET] TECH: laptop storage cart and wireless access

All,
Having received two grants to purchase a portable lab, our school is seeking your 
recommendations for the following:
a laptop storage cart which is securable, durable, and easily moveable, and
a wireless network access point which is strong enough to be accessed through at 
least two walls.

What do you recommend? Have you purchased something you would not recommend?
