[LM_NET] MLA alphabetizing question

Can't find anything in the MLA Handbook to answer this question.  Where should a 
Works Cited entry that begins with a number appear in alphabetical order?  Does it 
go before A, after Z, or by whatever letter the number would begin with if it were 
spelled out????  I know that in library alphabetical order it would go first.
