[LM_NET] Target: Challenge/Collect.Dev. Policies

My school has no written challenge or collection development policy.  The principal 
and I have spoken about our policies and I have created a challenge form.  However, 
now I have to write the policies and this will be a first for me.  I have found a 
couple examples of policies, but if anyone would be willing to share a copy of 
their policy to give me more examples to pull ideas from, I would appreciate it.  
My school is a K-8 charter school.  Thanks in advance.
