I submitted a HIT to my original question about a job description for
library assitants.  It was refused 2 or 3 times because I had not included
mandatory items.  I resubmitted each time, and have looked for it to appear
in a digest, but I have not seen it.  Perhaps I missed it, but if you did
to, and are someone who wanted me to share all the tremendous information
I received, please e-mail me directly and I will send the compilation as
an attachment.

Thanks to all who responded.  It has helped me greatly.
