- Thread-Topic: High School Circulation
Hi Everyone! This is my first year working in a high school that serves
approximately 1100 students. Our principal is worried that our circulation stats
are lower than the other 2 high schools in the county. Those school have
Accelerated Reader and we do not. Does anyone have suggestions for programs,
activities, etc. that can help to get students to check out books (besides AR)? We
are being utilized for research, but it is hard to get high school students to
check out books to read for pleasure. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks in
advance!
