[LM_NET] Target: Library fines

As I have talked to teachers at the end of the year, I find that several teachers 
in our high school feel that printing fine notices for students is "archaic".  Many 
students look at them and throw them away. The teachers would like to go to a 
paperless system. Is there a way to send fine notices electronically through e-mail 
or to Edline?
