[LM_NET] Target: Destiny 6.0 Scanning Errors?

If you're using Destiny 6.0, I'm wondering if you often experience
scanning errors where the system registers the barcode as checked in on
the screen, yet somehow (maybe 1 out of 100 for me) the item stays on
the patron's account. We've had a rash lately of books found on the
shelf still checked out and I'm trying to figure if it's operator error
(staff & myself) or software. If I watch the screen on each scan all
seems well, but just yesterday we found a couple more that got past us.
