Hi,
I have a fourth grade girl who just read From the mixed-up files of Mrs.
Basil E. Frankweiler by Konisburg and loved everything about it and wanted
similar books to read.
Unfortunately, I have not read it. I did read A View From Saturday but did
not like it so needless to say I need help since I am not familiar with this
author.
Any suggestions?
I thought of Chasing Vermeer but only because of the art connection since I
don't really know what the From the mixed-up files of Mrs. Basil E.
Frankweiler is about.
I tried Novelist and Amazon but I did not feel they were helpful.
What can you recommend?
Thanks
Sharon
