Hi, All! I hate to pack, but it's the only way to have consistently healthy
meals.
One thing I do is buy a package of very small whole wheat pitas. We found
one brand that is moist and chewy. On Sunday night, I split the pitas,
stuff them with low fat turkey or chicken (or leftovers) and greens
-sometimes baby spinach. I store them in zip close bags. In the morning, I
squirt a bit of dijon mustard into the pita and drop it into my insulated
lunch bag (which already has 1 or 2 pieces of fruit placed there the night
before, along with a healthy sweet.) I also take almonds for a healthy
snack.
