[LM_NET] Target -> Elem: Literacy Collaborative

I am split between 2 elementary schools.  Both school are going through the process 
of implementing Literacy Collaborative.  My question is for any one who is now or 
going to be a LC school.  Did you have a role in the process?  Did you go through 
LC training with the teachers?  Have there been any expectations put upon you or 
things that have effected you and/or your LMC?  Any thoughts, feelings, and/or tips 
would be great!
