Hi everyone - This post is way off topic, I know. But our school district is
having a very difficult time finding candidates to apply for our Technology
teacher (formerly known as Shop) position. So, I thought if anybody knows
people, it is librarians. We are located in northern New York State and are
a small (400), rural K-12 public school. The position is basically 5 - 12
so the person will work with quite a range. We offer courses like CAD as
well as the more traditional tech courses. If you know of anyone who is
looking for a job in this area and would be willing to live in the lovely
north country, please let them know about the job. I am including our
school's web site in case someone would like to take a look (
http://www.cpcs.k12.ny.us <http://www.cpcs.k12.ny.us/> ). I would be more
than happy to relay information to and from our central office. :-) Thanks
very much.
