[LM_NET] Target: From Publisher file to web

I don't remember who wanted this information, but I had to go to school 
to get it:

To make a Publisher document ready for a web page

Use arrow and draw box around whole document/
Click on puzzle piece at bottom on page to connect.
Copy all

Open a new Publisher document
Paste
Save as HTML
