[LM_NET] Looking for Elementary Reading Program Ideas

Ladies and Gentleman,

I am looking for ideas for reading programs for elementary level
students.  The librarian before me started a Reading Team program, with
different point and book requirements for each grade level.  I am
looking for some other ideas that might be good incentives for grades
1-4.
