[LM_NET] TARGET: Publishing Student Writings

Hello!
I have a teacher who is looking for places that a student can get some 
of  his writings published.  She says he is very talented and prolific. 
 She is thinking mainly of magazines.
If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing about them!
