[LM_NET] GEN: Dating a picture by dating a horse-pulled carriage in it..........

Do any of you have a suggestion as to the email address of someone who 
is familiar enough with horse-pulled carriages that s/he might be able 
to guesstimate the date of one that appears in an old picture found at 
my parents' house  (and, the date of my picture)?
