I assume that getting pulled from the library to sub for a class must
happen- but this is the first time that it has happened to me and I am
quite perturbed by it. For one thing- I am worried that this will become
something that will happen with more frequency if I do not speak up
about it now.
How do you deal with it? Is it just "part of the job"? I am going to
have to close the library for two periods when I usually have about
10-15 students down from study hall. Of course I will comply, but I
would like to find a diplomatic way to express my displeasure to my
principal. Any suggestions?
