Hello
I didn't realize how difficult it is to post such a long hit.  I have been having a 
difficult time because it is so long.  If anyone would like me to email the whole 
list (18 pages), I will gladly send it to you.  I have posted a good chunk of the 
list--I am just getting frustrated because I am getting many tries rejected to post 
the rest due to length.
