[LM_NET] GEN: Per student funding for K-12 libraries

I am looking for a national average for per student funding for libraries in US
K-12 public schools. I thought I saw a figure of $8.50 a while ago on LM_Net,
but I haven’t been able to find it in the archives. Does anyone have the
national average figure?
