[LM_NET] Target: 5 year rotation

Good morning!

Do any of you know where I can find the five year plan for collection 
development/weeding/maintenance?  I know I have seen one and cannot find it.  From 
what I remember, each year part of the library is the concentration area (ex. 400s, 
500s, 800s) so by the end of 5 years all areas are refreshed.  I am transferring 
schools and would like to begin this process at the new school.
