[LM_NET] Reading First

Hello everyone,

I have been asked to join my administrators at a meeting on Friday
regarding Reading First.  I guess they are considering re-applying this
year.  (we didn't get it last year)

I am hoping that those of you who have received this grant can provide
me with some advance information about how the grant is working for you.
 What questions should I ask?  How is this grant impacting your school?
Your library program?

It's a pretty big deal that they thought to include me, so I want to
bring something useful to the table.
