[LM_NET] Digital Divide

I am writing a report for Library School on how the Digital Divide affects
Hispanics. Can anyone direct me to online sources of professional  articles
that directly address this issue? I am finding many professional  articles about
the African American divide, but almost nothing on the Hispanic  one. I'll
post a hit if anyone is interested. Thanks!
