[LM_NET] TARGET: Transferring AR Points

We have a new student transfer into the district with a bunch of AR points. Her 
reading teacher wants to know how to reflect those points in our system. Has anyone 
done this before? If so please reply to me directly. I'll post a HIT if anyone else 
is interested.
