[LM_NET] Happy Birthday, LM_NET!

To All - 

LM_NET is 13 years old this week!  We started on 6-8-92 with 42 members
and hit 100 on 6-19. We hit 1,000 members in August 1993, 5,000 in
November 1995, 10,000 in October 1998, and 15,000 in September 2002.

This week, we have 17,268 registered members - and we know that many
many more access LM_NET through the web or some other posted way.

Special kudos as always to Peter Milbury and the Hospitality Committee
for all the hard work in keeping LM_NET strong!
