[LM_NET] TECH: Library Pro software and portable scanner

Good afternoon. We have LibraryPro software and just recently purchased a portable 
scanner by CipherLab from ID Recall Systems. It reads the set up/configuration 
barcodes correctly, but doesn't read the barcodes on my books for inventory 
purposes. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give. I thought LibraryPro used Code39 
barcodes but maybe I was wrong. I'm going to do more research but I'm in a bind 
because I'm only in this building one day a week (today is it) and my para needs to 
begin the inventory. Our tech guys aren't responding to my pleas for help. Thanks
