[LM_NET] Advice for new elementary school media specialist

Hello everybody!

I've accepted a job as an elementary school media specialist after working in a 
high school for 2 years. Believe it or not, I prefer working with elementary school 
kids.

Does anyone have any advice for a new elementary school media specialist? I'll be 
happy to post any responses I get on the listserv.
