[LM_NET] TECH: Locating Composer in the new Netscape 8.0.1

I cannot locate Composer in the new beta version of Netscape 8.0.1.
It is supposed to be under the Communication heading (next to View), but
I do not have that either.  I do not have the icon which represents
Composer.
Has anyone else who has downloaded the latest version of Netscape been
able to find Composer?
I will attempt to send a screenshot of what the latest Netscape looks
like.  If you can find  Composer, please advise me!
