[LM_NET] target: elementary rubric for kids making picture books

I know it's late in the year, but I would REALLY appreciate it if anyone
knows of a good pre-made rubric for 5-6th graders who are making their own
picture books.  I've looked online, but haven't found much.   Thanks.
