Thank you.  I cannot express my gratitude at how your responses have helped me to 
complete just this one paper - out of 18!

Just to clarify - I am really pushing myself to get this course done before we go 
back to school.  I will be back over the coming asking more questions to pick this 
wonderful group's brain.

Please bear with me.  I must get this done.  This is it for my MS + 60 and getting 
that large salary increase in the fall 8-)
