Hi,
I have had tennis elbow for over 10 years, brought on by snow shoveling but
continually aggravated by daily living (cooking, lifting books, etc.). I've
had traditional PT, PT with ultra-sound and with electronic waves or
something (its been a long time since I had that). I've had cortisone shots,
but not too many. Has anyone had success with any other treatments for
chronic tennis elbow?
Thanks in advance.
