[LM_NET] Spanish-language magazine help

At the request of our Spanish teachers, we have recently started a
subscription to Americas which is published by the Organization of
American States.  It is published bi-monthly in either English or
Spanish (we chose Spanish, of course) editions.  Their online
subscription service is at http://www.Americas.oas.org.
