[LM_NET] Tech : links not working

Hi,
  I've been catching up on e-mails and tried to go to some of the websites 
mentioned in several.  For some reason the websites aren't opening.  The url's are 
in blue and look active but even a right-click doesn't give an "open" option.  I 
also can't seem to highlight them to cut and paste.  Any ideas why?
