[LM_NET] Florida Only-Target: ESOL

My husband was just transferred to south Georgia and I
am looking at a (classroom--too late for media I
guess) position in north Florida.  Could someone
explain ESOL to me?  (I'm in a hurry.)

I am certified for elementary education, social
studies, and of course media services in a few other
states and am trying to decipher the Florida
requirements.
