[LM_NET] Target: Lesson Plan format

Hello All,

I was wondering how you write up lesson plans.  What
kind of a format do you use?  Where do you put them,
such as on the computer or is there a lesson plan book
that you use?  I would greatly appreciate any input on
the subject!  I will post a hit for the other
"newbies" that may be in my boat.
