[LM_NET] Tech : another iPod/iTunes question

Hi,
  Last week I asked for help in getting songs from the computer to the iPod and got 
the help I needed.  Now I have the reverse question.  How do you delete individual 
songs or albums from the iPod? For that matter, how do you delete them from iTunes 
on the PC?  I can't find anything on the Tool Bar that allows you to delete a file 
and it won't drag to the Recycle Bin.
