[LM_NET] UT Austin to Replace Library

Here's an interesting article about the University of Texas moving out
books from their undergraduate library to create a space for students
and technology.

A quote:  "We are getting the books out, in order ... to build a 24/7
learning space with more room for students and more technology," Heath
said.
