[LM_NET] elem: vendor for Rainbow Fish in paperback

I'm having some difficulty finding a vendor for paperback copies of The Rainbow 
Fish by Marcus Pfister.  I've tried the publisher, Chronicle Books, as well as 
Scholastic--the general catalog and the book club and book fair divisions--but 
nobody has it available.  Can anyone suggest a vendor?  Thanks,
