[LM_NET] Low Shelf Rolling Cart

After experimenting with other setups, we found padded rolling stools from
an Auto Supply shop for all the libraries.  (These are used by mechanics
when they work at low heights.)   They are very sturdy and have pneumatic
lifts that allow you to vary their height to the shelf level you're working
at.  They usually come with ultra-bright plastic covers, so aesthetically
it's easy to add a small fabric cover that coordinates with the library
decor.
